Spencer Cowan (Gatekeeper) trained at Arts University College at Bournemouth. His recent theatre credits include: Ariel in The Tempest (Network Theatre); Adam in Paradise Lost (The Banqueting House, Whitehall Palace); Michael in Arden of Faversham (Rose Theatre); George in Of Mice and Men (Lighthouse Theatre) for which he received rave reviews; A in A Cup of Tea (Toynbee Studios); John in A Life in Transport (festival tour); and Frankie in A Lie of the Mind (Lighthouse Theatre). He has also worked with the infamous east-end improvisational company, The People Show, to devise The Workshop Show. Film credits include: Hero in Is this Love? (Music Video); Honeytrap Thug in Treacle Junior; Chris in Unstrung; Vincent van Gogh in Dear Vincent...; and PC Higgs in Police Bravery. National and international commercial credits include: Hero in Sony Xperia; Bedroom Boy in What’s your Sneaker Thing? (Foot Locker); and Aussie Boy in Optimus Prime (LYNX). Spencer is thrilled for this exciting opportunity to delve into the incredible life of John Lennon and the fascinating people he befriended such as Stuart Sutcliffe, Brian Epstein, and Harry Nilsson.
